Undercover Operations

We also offer retail undercover store operations to expose the internal element that would otherwise be undectable by management or store security, by inserting a "mole" (one of our trained detectives) into the stock/cashier employee lineup allowing them to "buddy" up fellow workers or a possible suspected thief, drug dealer, bookie, etc. They will then in-turn file a daily report on store activites and relay that information back to us. This is then documented and used in a final report to the retail operations manager who in turn will decide to deal with the situation as you see fit. We will be present to assist in the apprehension of the suspects involved while working with local law enforcement on the case.  We will then also be available to testify in court regarding the incidents and operations that took place. Reports will include hidden video documentation of operations when possible. This is kept fully confidential from employees and 9 times out of 10 the mole is thought to have been arrested as well.
